The process be particularly difficult when you are trying to do something really new or complex that no one’s ever done before. Whether it’s a new library, a management challenge or building a new community, there will be applicable resources that can help you get started.
We’ll talk about how to form a personal checklist of some of the easier resources to look for and how to create strategies for solving harder problems. This talk is for anyone who wants to hone their problem-solving chops. Don’t be afraid to solve brand new problems!
